Height: This deciduous shrub grows 4 to 8 feet tall.
Habitat: Grows best in well drained soil in full sun.
Foliage: Thick dark green leaves that are oval with three teeth or nodes.
Flowers: Fuzzy white flowers bloom August through September.
Bark: Dark brown shiny bark.
Natural Habitat: Occurs on coastal bluffs in Southern part of Washington all the way to Califonia.
Why is it good for my garden? Coyote willow is a perfect plant for a rock garden or on a bluff. This plant supports bees.
