Height: This perennial can grow 10 to 14 inches tall.
Habitat: Grows best in a dry or well drained area with full sun.
Foliage: Alternate, lobbed, lance shaped, green fuzzy leaves.
Flowers: Bright, deeply lobed flowers yellow, blooms April though September.
Natural Habitat: Found in meadows and praries at low elevations.
Why is it good for my garden? This is a bright perennial that would work well in a flower garden. It grows well with fescue. Butterflies and other pollinators are attracted to this flower.
