Height: This narrow pyramidal conifer can grow from 40 to 60 ft tall.  Tallest specimen found in nature 180 ft..

Habitat: Grows best in full sun to part shade in well-drained soil.

Foliage: Blue-green scales that have a light blue v or x on the underside.

Fruits: Brown cones.

Bark: Thick red-brown bark.

Natural Habitat: Found in very limited areas at lower elevations.

Why is it good for my garden? This conifer has a blue hue to it and a good narrow conical shape fantastic for tight areas.
