Height: This perennial can grow to 4 ft. tall.

Habitat: Grows best in moist soil in part to full shade.

Foliage: Alternate, segmented, oblong, bright green leaves.

Flowers: Spikes of light purple, tubular, drooping flowers bloom April thought July.

Natural Habitat: Found in moist shady areas.
