Height: This perennial can grow up to 4 ft. tall.

Habitat: Grows best in moist to well drained soil in full to part shade.

Foliage: Lobed, wedge shaped, deeply toothed, veined, green leaves.

Flowers: Cone shaped purple flower that has 5 petals. Center top of flower is usually light purple to white in color. These bloom May to June.

Natural Habitat: Found in moist shady woods.

Why is it good for my garden? This pretty perennial is great in all gardens since it brings in pollinators. Humming birds enjoy this plant.
