Height: This clumping perennial can grow 3 to 5 ft. tall and wide.
Habitat: Grows best in moist to wet soil in full to part sun.
Foliage: Thin lance shaped, toothed, green leaves.
Flowers: Daisy like yellow flower with petals that fold downward and yellow center. Blooms July through September.
Natural Habitat: Found along stream banks in moist areas.
Why is it good for my garden? This perennial is a great splash of color to a wet area. Brings in pollinators as well.
