Height: This clumping perennial sedge can grow up to 2 feet tall.
Habitat: Grows best in dry to well draining soil in full to part sun.
Foliage: Green, soft leaves extend out of clumps.
Flowers (Inflorescence): Yellow spikes flower May through July.
Fruits: This sedge produces seeds.
Natural Habitat: Found in deserts, prairies, and open areas.
