Height: This evergreen ground cover perennial can grow to 1 foot tall.
Habitat: Grows best in well drained to clay soil in part sun.
Foliage: Oval shaped, bright green, toothed, thick leaves grow near the ground.
Flowers: Long reddish stems of small white to pink flowers shoot up from the ground.
Fruits: Red fruit or seed packs appear after flower fades.
Natural Habitat: Found along stream banks and wet meadows.
Why is it good for my garden? Good to use as a nice compact evergreen ground cover.
