Height: This rhizomatous perennial can grow from 6 to 12 inches tall.
Habitat: Grows best in moist to dry soil in part to full shade.
Foliage: Dark green, lobed, toothed, maple leaf shaped leaves.
Flowers: Intricate, green flowers form along a long flower stocks and bloom April to June.
Natural Habitat: Found in shady woods, swamps, and wet meadows.
