Height: This perennial can grow from 1 to 2 ft. tall.

Habitat: Grows best in moist to well drained areas in full to part shade.

Foliage: Alternate, small, thin, lanced shaped green leaves.

Flowers: Small, bell shaped, purple with yellow,5 petal flowers that grow in clusters at the end of the flower stack.

Natural Habitat: Found in shady moist places.

Why is it good for my garden? This wintergreen is a great ground cover .
