Height: This deciduous shrub can grow from 10 to 20 ft. tall.
Habitat: Grows best in well drained to dry soil in full to part sun.
Foliage: Lance shaped green leaves turn a ray of bright colors in fall from yellow to orange and red.
Flowers: Small yellowish flowers form in cone shape clusters.
Fruits: Bright red fuzzy berries form in cone shape clusters. Bloom April though July.
Bark: Smooth brown bark.
Natural Habitat: Found in dry hills.
