Height: This rhizomatous, perennial can grow to 5 ft. tall.
Habitat: Grows best in moist to well drained soils in full sun.
Foliage: Long, lance shaped toothed green leaves.
Flowers: Many, small bright yellow flowers grow together in large cone shaped flower at the end of a flower stock and bloom July through October.
Natural Habitat: Found in dry to moist areas in meadows.
Why is it good for my garden? Western Canada goldenrod is a beautiful flower to add to your flower garden. They grow fast and are easy to grow. Pollinators enjoy this plant.
